Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration and breath work. Perfect for those just starting out in their yoga journey as well as for the advanced yogi who is wanting to perfect the basics of their poses with fine attention to alignment details. The room is heated to 85 degrees using infrared heat. We will adjust to no heat and fresh air on warm days.
Registration closes 10 days before the start of the program.
