Refund Policies
Sauk Rapids-Rice Community Education reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
When a class is canceled, a complete refund will be provided to all impacted participants.
- If you paid by cash or check, your refund should arrive within 30 days after the cancelation occurs.
- If you paid by credit card, your refund should be reflected within 3-5 business days after the cancelation occurs.
Refunds may be requested up to TWO business days prior to the first class date and are subject to a service charge of $5.00 per registration. For classes that meet more than once, such as adult fitness classes or recreation programs, refunds will not be given for individual class dates not attended.
School-Initiated Removal:
Participants who become ineligible, are suspended, or are removed from a program for disciplinary reasons, are not eligible for a refund.
