Refund Policies

Sauk Rapids-Rice Community Education reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
When a class is canceled, a complete refund will be provided to all impacted participants. 

• If you paid by cash or check, your refund should arrive within 30 days after the cancelation occurs.
• If you paid by credit card, your refund should be reflected within 3-5 business days after the cancelation occurs. 

Refunds may be requested up to TWO business days prior to the first class date and may be subject to a service charge per registration. For classes that meet more than once, such as adult fitness classes or recreation programs, refunds will not be given for individual class dates not attended.

Participants who become ineligible, are suspended, or are removed from a program for disciplinary reasons, are not eligible for a refund.
