Pilates & Yoga Fusion

Perfect combination of a powerful vinyasa flow with traditional pilates movements for alignment and flexibility. PY Fusion is a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, improves your flexibility and strengthens your core.  Focusing on the six pilates principles we harmoniously build and strengthen the mind/body connection from the inside out. Studio is heated to 95 degrees via infrared heat.
