SoulCollage®: A Creative Pause for Reflection and Self-DiscoveryCreative InspirationsLooking for a chance to slow down, unplug from daily demands, and do something creative for yourself? SoulCollage® offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and explore your inner thoughts and feelings. Using a variety of images, you'll create a simple collage on a 5" x 8" card. No artistic skill is needed—this is not about making art or creating something "perfect." Instead, the images become a starting point for personal reflection and insight. Many people find the process relaxing, grounding, and surprisingly meaningful. After creating your card, you'll be guided through a few simple reflection questions that help uncover the thoughts, feelings, and wisdom the images may be expressing.
