You'll learn the foundational movements of the Yang Cheng Fu style—a solo practice that can be done anywhere. T’ai Chi offers numerous benefits, including improved concentration, coordination, flexibility, strength, circulation, and balance. Its slow, flowing motions combined with deep breathing have also been shown to reduce stress and help lower blood pressure. Self Defense for Women, Age 13+Martial ArtsMoms, learn some real, effective, life-saving techniques for you and your daughter(s). Bring your daughter(s) (ages 13 - 17) to this activity filled session. They will be introduced and will practice with you the awareness drills for being out and about in the world as well as simple techniques against grabs, chokes, holds and strikes.
