SoulCollage® offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and explore your inner thoughts and feelings. Using a variety of images, you'll create a simple collage on a 5" x 8" card. No artistic skill is needed—this is not about making art or creating something "perfect." Instead, the images become a starting point for personal reflection and insight. Many people find the process relaxing, grounding, and surprisingly meaningful. After creating your card, you'll be guided through a few simple reflection questions that help uncover the thoughts, feelings, and wisdom the images may be expressing. SoulCollage® can help you connect with yourself in a new way, gain clarity, and discover what may be waiting beneath the surface of everyday life. This class is open to ages 16 and older. Whether you're curious about personal growth, listening within, seeking creative time for yourself, or simply wanting a creative break from a busy schedule, SoulCollage® offers a gentle and engaging experience.
