Participants will each receive a reversible NFL Team jersey and their own set of flags.This group will focus on having fun! Drills will focus on throwing, catching, and successfully moving through space to avoid defenders or tag offensive players. Most often, our coaches will serve as the quarterbacks during games. One of their goals will be to ensure that each player has an opportunity to catch and/or run with the football. Participants will be placed into small teams. These teams will go through stations together before participating in short games against other teams.
