Self Defense for Women, Age 13+

Moms, learn some real, effective, life-saving techniques for you and your daughter(s).  Bring your daughter(s) (ages 13 - 17) to this activity filled session.  They will be introduced and will practice with you the awareness drills for being out and about in the world as well as simple techniques against grabs, chokes, holds and strikes.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and foot gear.
Participants ages 13-17 will require paid supervision.
